Your poor diet during pregnancy definitely contributed to your weak bones.....your body will strip all the minerals from your bones and teeth to support the baby if your diet is lacking. The best thing to do is take pre-natal vitamins and an additional calcium supplement. Woman should be taking 900-1200 milligrams a day of calcium. You can boost this by drinking milk and eating yogurt every day. Also exercise is VERY important for strong bones....it increases bone density !

Are you pregnant right now, then you should consult your doctor. If not, start taking 1200mg of calcium with Vitamin D and also drink Orange juice every day, get some bar bells and start lifting weight, walk an hour every day, all these will increase your bone density. And don't forget to take one mcg. of folic acid every day.
This not only will help your bones but also the babies bones, Folic acid should be taken also during pregnancy.
All the above can be bought at your local drug store. If you have any questions the pharmacist can assist you.
