I was masturbating in the tub with a shower.I went to urinate later and to my suprise I urinated water.It was clear and not yellow at all.Am I going to be ok?

Urine that is clear is just more water than anything else. This is normal and fine. :-)

you need to see a doctor. you have a bad infection, it's called (jackenoffides). if you don't get help it mite fall off.
