Nuts? peanut butter?

Nuts. All nuts. Peanuts, although not truly nuts, do pretty well as well.

They all have proteins and fats, both kinds of chemicals that will add weight to your frame.

However, for FAST weight gain, I'm not sure that even nuts will do the trick, because in order for you to gain weight in protein, your body has to build more muscle tissue, which takes both time and effort, and in order for you to gain weight in fat, your body has to build lipid tissue, which takes time and lack of effort.

So, I'm not really sure if there IS a way to gain weight fast.

Don't try to drown yourself in fats or proteins. your body can only incorporate so much of anything at any one time and anything left over in the bloodstream can rise to toxic levels.

So, whatever you do, be careful.. and you might want to consult a nutritionist.

If you want to just gain weight and remain 'Fit' not 'Fat' then have bananna and apple milkshakes.

Have cheese and bread with butter for breakfast and have rice without removing the water in it before cooking.....In night before sleeping have a full glass of thick milk, that is only milk boiled without water.

But to gain wait but not to be plump or fat.... avoid choclates, too much butter or oil, sweets, potatoes and junk food.....

And just to gain weight .... do not eat 24 hours when not hungry... or i dnt know about gaining weight but you will surely gain a huge tummy and be out of shape.

Go to a health food store and get some powdered protein drink. Its for people who lift weights.

Lots of dairy foods, ice cream, milk, cheese and bread and buns.
However if you mean by natural foods something from the health food store, than you need protein shakes, whey protein shakes and have one with every meal.

heres what i did too gain weight. first you get a 10pound brick of scrapple. next inject ranch dressing into the scrapple then place the scrapple in a deep fryer for 5 mins, then place crisco fat shorting over the scapple so it looks like a cake with icing then top with bacon to add fat and character its better to deep fry the bacon first however. this deep fried, ranch injected, crisco icing ,scrapple cake with bacon should help you gain a few pounds.

Potato, Bananas, RIce, Butter, Cheese, Panneer... i suggest you take protien supplements to gain weight faster. And hit a gym so tht u look good too....
