I'm looking for some statistics or studies regarding the relationship between the hours of sleep one gets and their athletic performance?

I am an athlete. You need 8 hours pal. If you have a game the next day then you need to carboload and sleep for like 10 hours.

you need at least 6- 8 hours a night for your health especially if you are an athlete your body needs rest time or you will soon become sluggishly tired there is also such thing as training too much physically the body needs rest we are not robots
