Ok, I'm 28 years old and at the larges I have ever been. over 275lbs... I want and need to loose weight. I have medical issues such as I'm diabetic and have PCOS. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for years and no luck... my doctor’s say I need to loose the weight it may help. Along with that my mom has health issues and I don’t want to be her in years to come. We don't have a lot of money so grocery shopping is the last thing we can do most of the time so when we do we get the cheap stuff that comes in boxes and it is not healthy. I have all these things that are in my life to motivate me and I still can not loose the weight. WHY IS THAT? What more should I be doing. I do have a gym membership and I have been going but after about 2 weeks something comes up and I stop. Please can someone help show me what to do and help me to be the person I dream of being! I want to be a mom, I want to go out with my friend and not feel like everyone is looking at me... Help Please!

I have thrown my back out playing softball. It hurts in my lower back, and mostly only when i get up or bend over. Any suggestions? I am keeping icy/hot patches on it and taking ibuprofen. I called my chiropractor, he said the dr. cant do anything but gove pain meds, and it has to fix on its own....true?

how long it takes to digest food? Approximately how many hours (without working out to burn calories)? And does it depend on the food? Please only answer if you know for sure!

Last year at a dance competition i hurt my foot but then it healed later on. So I began to slowly ease back into dancing. For a week I had no pain at all and so Tuesday I thought that since I wasn't hurting that I could start back full force dancing but then as I was dancing I came down on my foot and it popped. I thought that I would be able to keep going but I had to stop because it hurt SO bad. I thought I had broken it because I couldn't even put pressure on it at all. I still have trouble walking on it and I've been off dancing for a REALLY long time and I don't want to have to stop. I've been seeing a physical therapist and I've been icing my foot. I also had a cortisone shot between my third and fourth metatarsals and it still hurts. It hurts on the top of my foot right below my toes and along my arch. My therapist said that it could still be hurting because the cortisone hasn't dispersed yet but I'm not sure. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!

If instead of 90 pound runway models, we saw women with curves. Not fat in an unhealthy way, but round-figured. With breasts and thieghs and booty... if that looks was EVERYWHERE the way skinny is EVERYWHERE, would you be more prone to relax about your self image?

I know that when you're body isn't getting enough nutrition it holds onto fat because it's not getting what it needs.

I was going to school and working out everyday for a week and had lost 3 pounds. When I got a job, working usually from 3-10pm 4 nights a week, I immediately stopped losing weight. When I work for 5 days straight, the scale doesn't budge a bit. Then, when I'm off from work for 3 days, I'll lose a pound. Why is this? Is it because when I'm working (I stand up / walk around the entire time) I'm over-exerting my body? Should I be eating more?

This has happened to me once before, as well, which is why I'm coming to such a conclusion that going to school, working out, and then going to work until 10pm is over-exerting my body. It's frustrating because I'm beginning to think that if I want to lose weight I need to cut back on how much I'm working.

I've got a degree in Marketing. I had a previous job of Direct Sales for a marketing firm. We'd have meetings in the morning before going door to door. We'd congratulate each other on sales, because one person's success is means everybody in the firm's success. Now that I'm in the car sales business, I was told it's a totally different atmosphere. They hate you when you make a sale and no one congratulates you because they see it as you stole their possible commission. I'm entering a different world of sales. I'm no longer with the Marketing firm doing direct sales door to door, I'm selling cars now. Any advice from people who know or do this for a living? Tell me some fundamentals to stick with so I'll always remember and how I can be successful at what I do.
