of course not... medically speaking. musterbation is a way of releasing tensions inside men's body that could led to heart attack and/or sudden death. it's not bad to musterbate. however, it is being opposed by religions. they said that it is already a form of lust. it may be true but it doesn't mean anything at all. right. as long as you enjoy it and believe that it makes you healthy. go ahead. another thing is that it also help reduce risk to prostate cancer for older man.

I think God is more concerned with much more serious transgressions, like rape, murder, torture and genocide. I wouldn't worry about it. Enjoy! (If masturbating is the criterion for entry to Hell, then you won't be alone--the whole human race will be there!)
