Depending on how bad the nausea is or the severity you may want to go see your family physcian. You can try sucking on ice chips, and eating unsalted crackers. Flat gingeral usually helps me. You can also by giner tablets as they work great for an upset stomach!!! Camolmile tea works great too, just sip it don't gulp it!

TAKE ANY KIND OF SOUP AND PUT LOTS OF BLACK PEPPER & AFTER THAT U NEED 2 TAKE A NAP.WITH IN 2 HOURS U'LL FEEL A LOT OF RELIEF.
