i'm 21 and i eat very well and don't exercise a lot but i just can't seem to gain any weight.

Vanessa, most women must envy your shape, they are always trying to loose the fat, when you are talking about putting more fat on.....If you are in good health do not fret about your weight.
One's health is one of the most precious things one can have, beside your character and other non-measurable qualities.
Look in the mirror and say several times a day
" Girl, I love you exactly the way you are".
Move on girl.

I'm about the same size as you, as well as the same age. I have battled on gaining weight for a while. I was actually smaller than I am now a year ago. I did gain some weight, due to the fact that I would eat every meal. But when I did it I ate a big breakfast, like eggs, sausage, cereal, and hashbrowns. Then for lunch it would be a burger fries, salad and watermelon. My dinner would consist of a salad again with watermelon, cereal, lasagna or spaghetti or whatever else I serve my self. I guess you can say the way to gain weight is when you eat, you eat bigger portions more often. When I gained my weight it was about 20lbs. I lost some of it because of my eating habits seeing as how I live in a new dorm at school and their food isn't so great all the time. But it never looked like I gained that much weight. I still fit in my size 1 jeans very comfortably. Good luck with gaining weight. I wish I can gain weight again.

My dad is like that tall except he's like hmm 140 something pounds. I know I'm just like you I'll probably be the same height and weight when I'm 21 like you. I eat a lot and I mean a lot and I can't gain weight. But it's ok some people are just born naturally slim like you and I. But I did my BMI (Body Mass Index) and I'm like only 5% underweight which is not that bad. Atleast I'm not anirexic.

That's not bad. 110 pounds is a good weight for a woman of that height.

I'm about the same except I'm a dude. But I would only want to gain weight if it was muscle, not fat.

You're only an inch taller than me and the same weight. My doctor says I'm healthy. If you have any concerns, have your doctor perform a full physical.
