It's been over 24 hrs since i started taking medication and i'm still in pain.

Well you need to be drinking lots of water with this medication. So get a tall glass and start drinking up. Also cranapple juice is also good for UTI's.

The first couple of hours on the medication I had already drank about 30 ounces of water...and I felt it working. Stay off the soft drinks (no carbination in drinks).

That's it...you should start feeling better if you follow the above to a "T".

depends on the organism and the dose of the meds
probably 1-3 days by the time you see symptom relief, with followup of 7-30 days

it can take up to 36 hours before you feel any better. it really depends on how bad the infection actually is and the dose of medication prescribed.

about 2-3 days. but make sure you take the whole dosage because it will definintly come back if you dont
