For a long time now I have had a bubbley feeling all over my body, mostly in my thighs. To describe it better it feels like there may be air bubbles coming and going under my skin, and this happens all over my body, hands, arms, legs, everywhere. It doesn't hurt at all but it's noticeable. I mean it might be like something to do with my muscles. Even though I've never seen it physically move or "pop" like an air bubble that is what it feels like. What could possibly be happening here?

Yesterday I injured my neck and I was wondering if its worth it to go to the ER. I was reaching up above my head and tieing something on a ladder very tight. When I went to tie the knot harder i heard/felt my neck pop. Sine then my neck has gotten so stiff I can BARELY get in/out of bed without grunting and having sharp pains in my neck. The only reason I would go to the ER is for pain medicine because nothing over-the-counter is helping and I cannot remove a hand from my neck without getting sharp pains. I'm sure all they will wanna do is an x-ray or something and tell me 2 go 2 a chiropractor but the pain is unbearable. Any advice???

I have recently embarked on a new exercise regime and for approximately the past 7 weeks have been doing aerobic DVDs every day. I started off with lower impact but in the past 3 weeks have progressed to harder and longer DVDs.

Find them very satisfying, but recently have been experiencing some pain in my ankle and it feels weak and I am a little nervous of jumping around too much. I don't remember specifically hurting my ankle, but wonder if this could be to do with the fact that I am exercising in barefeet as I am doing DVDs at home - should I be wearing trainers?

Have decided to take it down a notch and maybe just do intermediate aerobics, but still want to burn the fat. Don't want to just be reduced to toning and resistance training.

I don't have time to go to the gym or swimming, so needs to be something I can do at home. Can anyone recommed a particular exercise that I can still do and will still get me out of breath?

Also, any lower impact exercise DVDs?

I'm 5'5, 130lbs, wear a size 5, and have a 36c chest.

What I want to know is, when I get undressed before a shower and look into the mirror, the back of my thighs and now even my butt a little look as if there is some cellulite. It's not super bad, but I mean can see something. In the past five months I gained 20lbs. The reason for that is I broke it off with an abusive boyfriend. I was with him for 5 years, while with him I rarely ate because I was so upset. I could go two days and not eat. I was underweight. Now I am in a happy relationship and I eat two times a day. And I quit smoking.

so if I'm not overweight, is it normal for the back of my thighs and butt a bit to look like this?

I only wear my contacts periodically & my doctor says I can wear them 30 times. Besides writing down every time I wear them, how do I know when to dump them. Do they become uncomfortable? Do they become blurry? Can they cause damage if worn too many times?

I can't figure out why I don't feel "done" when I go to the bathroom. It's like a soft serve machine, you know there is more left in there, and it just kind of oooooozes out, leaving a horrible mess to wipe up.

How do you firm up a bit without being unhealthy/constipated?

My habits briefly:

I drink a lot of caffeine, coffee I know gives me the runs as well as sugared drinks so I avoid them.

I am using nicotine therapy because I quit smoking recently. This is new but the problem is not.

I eat a lot of high fiber foods but also a lot of carbs and stuff known to bind you up, cheese, peanut butter, etc, and I love all kinds of veg. I should have plenty of bulk in my diet.

I sometimes do make a more solid...sorry...turd and when I pass it, I feel satisfied like I know I am done for the moment. But usually this isn't the case and I can't narrow it down to why...unless I am constipated. I know I can't deliberately do this all the time.

Thanks for any insight offered!
