Hi it's now been six weeks since my op and I am having terrible trouble with finding a comfortable bra for wearing all the time. I have gone up in back size for comfort but then then this makes my bra rise up with movement, which then sits on my scars. I can only wear non underwire ones at the moment. I don't want to go to Rigby and peller to be fitted as my shape will change constantly. can anyone help with this from a very sore breasted woman

having it fitted, the effects after etc. I would be really greatfull for your answers. I was originally on the pill for contraception but fell pregnant on it. I now have a beautiful little girl but dont plan on having any more for a couple of years yet, and i am breast feeding so i think the coil is the better option.

I have mine now for almost 2 years. They had to move my placenta to be able to put it in. I never felt such pain in my life.
but i am very happy with it, never had any problems but we are thinking of having a 2nd child. Does it hurt to be removed...???

I was on a healthy diet and going to the gym 3 days a week and I have lost 5 kilos in two months which is very good for me, but I want my lower parts of my body - thighs - to be thin. I think I have lost all the inches around my breat. I like treadmill and bike so please advise!!!! I would prefer some profesional trainers advice please. thanks

me and my partner brought a house last year and life insurance has cropped up, of course its a good idea and my partner is keen to have it but at the moment im finding it so hard to talk about it, im 26 and the last thing i can think about is cover for my partner or i dying. im petrified of thinking about it and now my partner thinks im so wrong. I cant help the way i feel and i know maybe i shouldnt be thinking this way but i am. I know i have a fear of anyone close dying around me but the thought of having to have life insurance is frightening. Its just how im feeling inside i cant help how i feel can i ?

My right shoulder has been hurting for the past week. I've see my doctor about it before and was given a list of excercises for my rotator cuff. I've since lost the printout, but other than wikipedia is there a good medical site where I can get a list and pictures of the excercises?
