THANKS

Eat nice and healthy foods and try jogging or running. Running burns off more fat than any other form of exercise.

The easiest way to lose weight is to start the Sir Stanley Matthews diet immediately. How does the Sir Stanley Matthews diet work? Choose a day in the week when you will eat no food and start from that point. Each week for the rest of your life, you simply choose a day on which you eat nothing. By the end of a year you will have starved for 52 days, but you will still be alive and you will have lost weight.

I have found the best day for fasting is Monday. Have lunch on Sunday around 1pm. After that, no more food until 1pm Monday. You'll probably be asleep for 8 of those 24 hours and hardly notice the fact that you have not eaten for a day.

The above diet is a life-time process. If you want to speed up the fat burn-off try this trick. As well as the day of fasting, add one other day during which you eat only eight oranges.

All of the above works and costs you no extra time.

Get your head down and study.

Good luck.

Remember, there is no correlation what-so-ever between fitness and health. A healthy person may be quite unfit and live to a great old age, while a fit person may be unhealthy and die young.

Hiya - Firstly, you have to understand that if you need to lose weight in the first place, you need to review your eating habits. Losing weight is not about dieting, but about changing your lifestyle. A lot of people say diets fail because as soon as you starting eating "normall" again, you pile all the weight back on. This is so true - if your "normal" eating caused you to gain weight in the first place, then you weren't eating correctly. You need to acknowledge this first, to ensure success.

I am currently on a specially formulated eating plan. The key factors to it are:

1. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day
2. 3 meals per day - leave 5 hours between each meal
3. 2 fruits per day, one must be an apple
4. Start each meal with a mouthful of protein - this activates the stomach's digestive juices
5. Only go to bed 2 hours after your last meal

Obviously, you will need to eat a good selection of fresh vegetables - make sure that your meal intake is 50% protein & 50% veggies. To lose the initial weight, stay away from starches and carbohydrates, like bread, rice, potatoes, pasta - there are many good alternatives, like crackerbread, ryvita etc. Once you have lost the weight, introduce them back gradually.

Hope this helps you....good luck!!

I used to have a bit of a weight problem as well. One thing I did was start riding a bike where ever you go. save money and don't get the bus. You will have to be on the bike for about an hour at least everyday if you want to look great! but if you're travelling (e.g college, friends house, part-time job and the ladies of course) then this would be perfect! you'll lose weight save money and not have to waste your valuable time.
I'd change your diet as well sooner or later you'll start to realise that you either have to eat moderately healthy sometimes or end up not being able to see your toes!
Good Luck, I hope I've helped

Forget all this have a 1/4 a peice of toast with a midges poo's worth of Jam! We can all give you the Army regime to lose weight, the best way to lose weight is to stick to your current plan for the minute but just take each portion that you eat down by 1/5, so instead of having a family sized pizza go for the one size smaller, or onlt have 3/4 and take the rest to work for your dinner. Instead of taking 4 sandwiches, and meat pie, crisps, 5 biscuit and a can of coke, take 3 Sandwiches, a pie, crisps, 3 biscuits, dilute cordial and a apple. Instead of parking at the nearets car park to your office, pay out of town save money and walk for 10 minutes. At the weekend, walk to the paper shop instead of the car! As you start to feel better, startintroducing more fruit and veg up until your eating 3 -5 decent portions, this can include a glass or pure orange as one! Don't take away what you really like as its a waste of space, you'll only lose it go on holiday enjoy it and lose your rythem, its a lifestyle change not a 6 month change. I'm 6.5 and 20 stone, i'm told i should be 14 stone but believe me i would be a dead man walking., i was once 28 stone, but have been a brickie all my life so people who have the cheek say i don't excersize are talking absoloute rubbish. i wish you all the luck in the world

The best way to loose weight and keep it off is always going to be a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise but for some this method can be difficult to maintain especially if you do not have the time/means to visit the gym 3 times a week. I would advise that you eat normally for 1 week and keep a chart of everything you eat and drink and how much exercise you do (including hrs of housework). you then decrease your diet by 10% and increase your exercise by 10% weekly until you are steadily loosing 2-3 lb a week bare in mind that the 1st week you will loose more excess fluid so you should count the 2nd week as an avg loss.

Eat only when your hungry. Go for a walk for an hour everyday thats about four miles on average thats 28 miles, a marathon every week. High protein meals fill you up more than others also soup keeps you going longer than the same ingredients would if you ate them just cooked and had a glass of water. Also try to keep your carb intake seperate from your protien (i'm not advocating the atkins diet here thats just foolish) so full english without the toast or hash browns or no meat with pasta etc.

Weight Watchers did it for me, and I appreciate that that costs money to go to the meetings, but if you can pick up some of their cookbooks secondhand or buy some of their literature from someone who has finished with theirs (eBay for example) I recommend it.

However, it's not rocket science - the WW diet is essentially, eat healthily, watch your portions, have the odd treat but not too often and exercise. Once you lose the weight you can allow yourself a few more treats because you literally re-educate yourself to eat well.

The other thing that's really important is that you do it for you, and because you really want it. If you're losing weight because someone else thinks you should, or you're not completely determined you will fail - I did until I REALLY wanted it.

hi i work in a gym i would say the best way to loose weight is to eat healthy with regular exercise like going for a walk round the park or even a jog, start of nice and steady and then gradually build it up or go to your local pool swimming is good for you and works most of the body then you will only have to pay each time you use the pool which is usually a few pounds so not as near as joining a gym. Hope this helps

Stop trying, I found this the best way, you stress out more trying and only eat more so stop and start living, life is to short to worry about weight. You are who you are, I realised that and now I'm finally happy at the age of 50 years young and yes still over weight, but I dont care anymore. I have 4 kids 1 grandchild and been in aloving realation ship for 30years now, I was a size 10/12 whan I married now Im a 22. You will be loved for who you are and not for what you want to be.

Eat only when hungry. No more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
