Hi, I live in Italy. What is the exact problem you were thinking of? Italy has the lowest rate in Europe (and one of the lowest in the world) for births. I think it's around 1.5 children per woman, and the average age an Italian woman has her first child is late 20's(say 28) to early 30's.
