I am studying maths and I need to know, if there are any best tips for battling your fears and anxitey with maths?

Well the blues... i will confes that everytime i sit to do something unless the calculater can do it for me i cry.. it happened yesterday and i feel like braking down.. everyone has fears, even strong people, and thats exactly how you should be..

sometimes people say that taking remedies from chemists etc help for exam blues and fears.. but i think with posotive and good support then anyone can do it.. everytime you get down and think i can't do it, just sit and think yes i can and say it in your head and then read the question over and over again untill it registres in your head what the questions asking you..

I know it may seem silly but all the fears and anxietys are programmed into your mind by your own way of thinking and influences from others... Just try it and you never know it could just work..

Just remember it can always get worse. Nothing has to get better and things do not have to work out. Just grow up and deal with.

you should be feeling quite the opposite so just turn things around and look forward every lesson that's coming up and absorb yourself into it
