Massaging the back muscles by applying pressure will reduce the pain.Apply an icepack to the affected area. This will make the area numb and reduce the pain or apply a hot water bottle, heating pad or a warm compress to the painful area of the back .Sometimes alternating a warm compress and an icepack will reduce the pain faster. Pls consult a dr to have this checked out. As one of the posters suggested a rheumatologist may be able to help with this as it sounds like it could possibly be arthritis. I would recommend starting with your primary care physician.

There is no medicine in this world to treat it. Only Alternate Systems of Medicines treat pains.
If you can come to us we can treat it within 10 mins also. If it is not posible you should try acupuncture, it is the only another way.
