diet excersice.
eat high starch and protien as well as acidic things like tomatoes. stear clear of carbs drink plenty water
starch absorbs fat protien gives you energy while the acids in fruits and juice help break down excess fat

actually the fastest way is liposuction, only takes a day for the procedure. :)

Don't use fastest ways, sometimes will hurt your body. Try exercise instead unless you are lazy.

move to a hot climate; change your diet basis; and study a new language under pressure....you'll loose. Add to that some good areobic exercise and you'll be slender in not time. And don't be in such a rush...

well, the FASTEST way is to starve yourself---definitely not the thing to do tho. it's all about diet and exercise!

eat less and drink lots of water, eat vegetables instead of fried foods, cut out soda and burgers and chips.Don't eat foods that contain alot of salt..
