A miracle.
On failure of finding one, I usually resort to a coffee.

During the night i have flavoured fizzy water by my bed and when i wake up in the night it will make you a little more alert,

I know a lot of people that rely on tea and coffe on a morning and people that rely on nothing.. I find that hot drionks make peole more tierd and clod drinks anitiallt wake you up..

I would say thatluke warm wter with lemon or someting along those lines for a hot drinlk and for cold i would say that plain or flavoured water is the best and a slice or 2 of toast to make you nice and furfilled.. with jam of course.

I need around 2 cups of tea in the morning (milk no sugar) before i wake the kids for school .

None of these things - because what your body needs to get you going is good nutrition - not a caffeine boost. That is a just short lived kick and it actually has the reverse effect, so you have to have another and another etc.
I start my day with a healthy herbalife shake from a1diet. I feel lively, healthy and my energy lasts easily until lunchtime!! And I've added extra hours to my day too!!

Strong Black Tea - now on low GI - so NO SUGAR, but it worx! Then a hot and cold shower and a smile from my husband- what else do you need to really get going?

used to be a V drink, but after a healthy diet research thing an apple does surprising well! lol
