You posted this in injuries so I guess your question is can you over consume water and the answer is yes you can. People have died from consuming too much water.

First off, what is your Q? Too much water? Well, your belly can only take so much water. Water overconsumption=Too many trips to the can to piss.

Yes you can drink too much water and die. Its rare and is usually drug induced. Too much water disrupts the balance of fluids in your body.

i read of people dying from drinking too much water, rare but it happens
