my friend found a yellow capsule in her daughters room,it has www.mdoubleyou.com written on it but web site only shows bottles not the capsules, inside the capsule tastes a bit like pepper,anyone any idea.

Well its started with my right ear and then after a few months it got to the left ear. They its so much I have small amounts of puss come out of them every now and then. My left ear had blead a little from all the scratching. They itch the most at night when I'm usleep. My wax is mixed with puss and it builds up and I'm embarassed that people can see all that junk in my ears. What can I use to stop it? Is a specialist needed for my problem? Is there an over the counter medication I can take?

im a 20years old male, having a height of 6feet and currently my weight is 83kgs/180pounds so how should i go about it? as first i use to eat anything like choclates, ice-cream, drank a lot of coke, dry fruits, burgers, chesee, biscuites and all that fatting stuff.

But now i have noted the food calories so i have stopped eating all the stuff i mentioned and currently i having brown bread, bolied eggs, normal milk(at breakfast) anddifferent types of food at lunch and dinner but with limited calories something like chicken.

For excersie i one hav one cycle with me so some what about on average i go everyday cycling around home nebiourhood for about 20-30minutes.

So please if u guys have any further sujestions for me which could help me further reduce those 20pounds.

Tell me everything you know about this painkiller. I was prescribed with some for my TMJ (jaw pain) Do people use this drug as a street drug? What about dependance? And flat out... does it work? I have severe jaw pain and I was prescribed with 50mg. Is that an effective dose? Thank You!

p.s. Personal experiences with this medication would also be helpful. Good or Bad.

I used their plan to lose 95 pounds in 8 months and have been able to keep it off for almost 6 years now. It seems like everyone I speak with tells me it is a scam and does not work...I am living proof it does work, so why do they cut it down?

My sister has just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She is 29 years old, 5 feet tall and about 230lbs. Her doctor has her on 1/2 a pill in the morning and the same at night (not sure of the name it's met___ something) her sugars are still high in the mornings at 9.5 and sometimes up to 13.5. I told her she is eating too many carbs and too much sugars in her fruits(she eats 4 or5 fruits a day)an exaple of what she eats is for dinner she had a pice of battered fish with french fries then diet soda and cheesies(cheese curls) then a fudgical then she had half a chocolate bar. sometimes she won't eat all day the eats all night long. What should she be eating? how many carbs per day? how many grams of sugars per day? how many of each food groups? what are some low sugar /low carb foods she can eat? I live about 8 hours away or I'd cook her meals for her. She has started exersizing 1/2 hour a day. What else can she do? how can I help? I am very concered for her!!

i sweat a lot all over ... under my arms pit... specialy when i am out clubbing ... the good thing is there's no bad smell.. just lots and lots of water.. a person told me I should drink less water the day i have to go out but i don't think that's a very good idea.. i am not fat i work out i'm 5'11 and 80 kg so around 170 180 pounds.
any ideas ... thanks a lot.

I've always been an active person, but for the past month I've up'ed my gym routine. I go almost everyday and about two or three weeks ago I stoped being sore afterwords. I always give myself 24 hours of resting my muscles before I go work out again, could I still be overdoing it so my muscles are degenerating instead of building up?

I've had headaches and couldn't sleep last night due to a pain in my right leg. I'm completely stuffed up as if I have a head cold. Anyone know how long it will take to wear off? And why would this be so accepted if the affects are so strong? Hello, i need to have root canal treatment done and have found an nhs dentist willing to do it for the £42 but they say there is only a 40% success rate and spend about 45mins on it, but private is £260 and they spend 2hours on it. I don't really have this sort of money but if it would make a real diff would be willing to borrow money for it. Can any body out there help as really dont know what to do!!! Cheers Sarah
