Not being a doctor, it sounds like you have the winter blues. It comes from the lack of warmth and sunshine. Sunshine rejuvenates our bodies and makes us feel better and more active. This is very common. The best thing you can do is see a doctor who can prescribe you something to get through until springtime.

Are you literally sick? Like with a cold or flu? If so take medicine for whatever you have and lay down and drink lots of fluids. If you are sick and tired mentally you might want to think about going to a psychiatrist. You may have some depression. Even if you don't go to a psych doctor, you can tell your regular doctor and they can usually prescribe you something. I know for depression it's hard to snap out of so just try to surround yourself with people you like and things that make you feel good until you feel better
. Good luck.

Yes: every time I get moody about myself I go quietly to the bathroom mirror and make funny faces to myself.
With this I realize that part of being happy with my human condition, "sick and tired", as you say, is to be able to laugh at myself.
Pull your hair up and to the side. stretch your skin every which way, stick your tongue out at yourself AND the world...........and finally give yourself a gentle sincere "Pat On The Back" because you know that in reality you are one cool person.
