I had this since yesterday but i also had a little puss in my lip that i took out. Do u have any idaea of what could have cause this?

If something has pus, there's infection. If you can't say how it go there, and I can't see it, it's hard to say what it is. It could be a cold sore? If you just noticed it yesterday, you need to pay careful attention to the area around it. Watch for increased discharge (pus), redness, swelling, or feeling of warmth in the area. It wouldn't hurt to check you're temperature either. If you notice any of those things getting worse, make an appointment with your doctor, or go to your local emergency room. I'd probably stop picking at it too, if I were you.

You might have cut or bitten yourself without realizing it. Get yourself some sort of antibacterial substance, e.g. Neosporin, and GENTLY dab it on the infection site. Then, if possible, bandage it. If it doesn't look any better in 24 hours, see your doc. It might be some kind of a bug that attached itself to your system in a diffferent way than a cut, and you might need some drugs.
This will almost definitely go away on its own, though.

proably u had a cut on your lip and u ate something bad! check your docter if it gets worse (or now cause puss isn't good near ur mouth (i think))

You could have really oily skin and usually causes that>
