hi I`m nearlly 18 years old and my height is 176sm.My father`s height is 182 and my mother`s is 169.It seems that i have the genetic possibility to grow more but for the last 3 years i have not increase my heght even with 1sm.Please tell me what i should do samo exercises(and explain to me what kind of).I`m swimming every week once but it is maybe not enough.I would be glad if you can tell me other methods.You can write to me also at cecum@abv.bg .

I was reading the Nytimes today and saw an article on how conservative groups are not backing the mandatory HPV vaccine in certain states because they believe it will cause promiscuity among girls. For all you conservatives, how would a vaccine promote promiscuity? Isn't promiscuity caused by a number of other issues like lack of sexual education, low self esteem, etc.? There are many more STDs out there that are not protected against so it is not a get of jail free card. It is a preventative measure just like a MMR or tetanus shot? I mean do tetanus shots promote children to go step on rusty nails...

My girlfriend just got a ob where heels are a mandatory item to wear so she is on her feet 8-14 hrs daily in heels.
1. What massage techniques work the best to get the sorness out?
2. Any ideas of some different heels she could wear?
3. Would it be acceptable for her to slip her shoes off behind the counter at times just for relief?
4. Any personal stories that would help?

I have taken premarin hormones for 18 years since having a total hysterectomy. I have never had a problem with it. I have mammograms once a year. My dr. is trying to get me to get off of it & I feel horrible. I know all of the risks but I sure hate feeling like this. There is no breast cancer in my family. I am in such a rotten mood & feel like I am going to jump out a window. Every noise sets me off.
If any smart as*'s think of answering with a mean answer "I WILL REPORT YOU" !!!!!

whenever i begin to think about going to bed, whether i've taken my muscle relaxer or not, my symptoms will start giving me trouble. i'll start feeling as though the only relief for the tight, tingly feeling in my legs and ankles is movement, just like it was before i was diagnosed. why do i get that feeling, and what can i do about it?

My boyfriend has sleep apnea and rarely seems interested in sex. Can it really have this profound of an effect on a person's sex drive. I have tried to be patient but sometimes I feel like he is just plain lazy and uncaring. Am I really that selfish or is sleep apnea really that bad for men?

have bad sinuses and have for months but for the past few weeks my eye feels sticky or dry something i can't discribe it, but it is so irratating. Doc gave me anti biotics and it didn't help so he said its viral and there is nothing to do but push fluids. Any ideas on what to do about my one eye being so irratated?? Its so aggravating.


It only bad when I drink caffine (mainly coffee) I know you will say to stay away from it Obviously I just want to know why.
