from Jannuary I'm doing much more aerobic,cardio and lift weight... nothing changed in my diet... but i'm gaining too much weight: why? I don't eat sweets, too much fatty foods, i drink just water.. what happen to me?

Are you on any kind of medicine? Birth Control, Antidepressants, or other could cause weight gain, without even trying. Hope this helps.

it really depends on what you eat, try this!, cut out all the junk foods like pizza, soft drinks, white wheat bread, most likely it is do to yeast overgrowth! have you ever taken any antibiotics? if so stop taking!now find and buy some probiotics, oil of oregano, and if your trying to loose some weight get on the (fat flush diet)oh and get ion touch with dr, richard becker of the tv show called (your health) believe me he can help!

all of the answers above are correct. In addition, be sure you are eating enough. If you are not fueling your body with enough nutrition, it's possible that your body could be in starvation mode. Once that happens, your body is unsure of when it'll have more fuel added to it so it starts to slow down the metabolic process.

the weight you are gaining is muscle,that is good,if you dont want to gain alot of weight that is muscle,then just dont lift weights so much.

cardio makes you gain weight because is making your body muscular and muscle weights more than fat..

depends how old you are...if your 11-13 you could be gaining from puberty and getting new parts. Talk to your doctor.

you are getting muscles in which are heavy compared to fat and they look great on people compared to fat.
