This is what I did when I went through what is happening to your feelings. I found the one thing I loved to do, and was good at. It can be anything, for me it was simply baking and really they were only cupcakes, but I put my heart and sould into them. And I gave them out to friends and family and my childrens' classmates. It sounds silly but I received so many compliments on them it really boosted my ego and got me out of a rut. Another thing I loved was fashion, you have to find what you love and are good at and then go with it, share with people you trust and if complimented accept the compliments if you are shy about compliments just say thank you. You will be surprised how much better you will feel, and when you are alone think about what people said to you and enjoy the feeling. Surprisingly it will build into other things and your confidence will grow. Good luck to you and try it, but the trick is to find what you are good at, if it's math, tutor, help kids in homework clubs, volunteer somewhere all of these things will help you to build confidence. Walk everyday whenever you can (for exercise but also your brain needs fresh air)
Dream about new possibilities
Reflect on your successes and believe in yourself

Work on your self-confidence
not watch, listen or read negative or evil things (especially violent, depressive or insane things)
Try to avoid becoming obsessed with anything (moderation is self-control)
Try to find beauty in everything and put your focus on beautiful things
Enjoy some quiet time each day
Try to help others
Encourage and want others to succeed
Be generous in everyway including financially
Be honest to yourself and others
I believe we are meant to be healthy and illness often comes as a result of negative thinking.
So be positive, caring and love others and you will find happiness!

for developing self confidence you should have in-depth knowledge of your subject that you are studying or working on...
you should have sound health...
you should be hard working with quick reflexes rather than sitting idle or sleeping all the time...
you should have good relations with your family members and near ones... more friends and hardly any enemy...
you do not have attitude to harm others or condemning them for proving your worth...
you should be a good human being...

you need to tell yourself you are wonderful everyday and you have to believe it. Also try doing something you love, that puts you outside in the world. Get out ans do stuff. Joining the gym is a great way. It gets you out doing something and always boosts confidence.

Step out there, and excel at something you want. Work hard, earn it, and don't put yourself down. Believe you can do it, because if you don't, other people will see that and may not give you what you want like a spot on the team, or a part in the play, or a job in their office.

u juz ve to stay cool.....if u r trapped in a situation....whr u require confidence and motivation....juz close ur eyes for two seconds and remember ya almighty GOD!!!!!
if u doing sumthin good....u shdn worry...
confidence comes 4m within....be honest to urself...dnt cheat any1 and try to make every happy
whn u will bcome da reason of any1z happiness..u will be content and dn u will b motivated

Um well think of yourself as bigger than others. Not size wise. Bigger in life. Act liek you don't care what other peopel think and be yourself. Most of the time when people think about you in a bad way its because they are also having that done to them.
