- Have at least 3 servings of dairy per day
- Don't engage in heavy weight lifting. This causes the muscles (especially in the legs) to be shorter and bulkier. Try cardio for now, assuming you're young.
- Sleep AT least 8 hours in a pitch black room. I do mean pitch black!
- Eat a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals and don't crash diet or reduce your calories.
