Can females have wet dreams or something similar?

YES! i was wondering this too, and then read an article about it in a health magazine. People dont realize it as much since women dont do what men do when they have wet dreams, but yes, EVERYONE gets aroused in their sleep, and it happens during REM sleep. Women's genitals become aroused because of increased blood flow in the area, and you may even remember feeling aroused in your dreams. hope that helps.

Lol yeah. I have a friend who always has "racy" dreams right before she gets her period. It's a perfectly normal human thing to do.
