If I try this diet to lose weight, because I'm 21 years old and by the time I get old. Are you sure I won't have any health problems because I've tried this diet? Be honest now.

I live in Dallas and haven't heard of this diet. Check out Larry North or Dr. Kenneth Cooper, both have radio shows on Saturday for effective weight loss tips and strategies. Bottom line is, you won't loose weight untill the amount of calories you burn exceeds the amount you take in.

it looks really health -- you can still eat the same foods and get all your nutrients, and water is really good for you too -- most people don't get enough actually
