have bad sinuses and have for months but for the past few weeks my eye feels sticky or dry something i can't discribe it, but it is so irratating. Doc gave me anti biotics and it didn't help so he said its viral and there is nothing to do but push fluids. Any ideas on what to do about my one eye being so irratated?? Its so aggravating.
It only bad when I drink caffine (mainly coffee) I know you will say to stay away from it Obviously I just want to know why.

Try getting some drops for dry eyes like Systane or Refresh tears. Stay away from drops like visine as those are not good to use. Since you said your sinuses have been bothering for months but the antibiotics didn't help I would consider asking for a set of sinus x-rays to be sure you don't still have a sinus infection.
