Yeh, it's bad. Is her cousin a male or female? Either way, it's bad. 13 is not old enough to be having intercourse. And with a cousin who is 8? Come on, get serious. If the 8 year old is a male, he probably can't get a hard on. If the 8 year old is female, she'll be a lez for life. not a good way to start things out.
She should be reported for child molestation and incest.

Having sex with your cousin or anyone related to you is NOT OK. And having sex at 13 is NOT OK, most of the time when children have sex at an early age something may have happened when they were even younger. And who knows her 8 year old cousin may not even want to do the things she wants and she is pressuring him. At 8 you really dont know what your doing or even understand the significance of sex. Please talk to an adult about this.......if you cant talk to your parents then go to a counselor, principal, or anyone you can trust. This behavior is not ok and an adult needs to know about this immediately. Your friend could become pregnate by her cousin, you never know what could happen.

Oh wow... uhm, well this is not good. One shes 13 so I think everywhere in the United States its illegal for her to have sex. Also she had sex with a 8 year old oh man and at that her cousin this is called insest(sp?) sound it out you'll be fine. You NEED to talk to a adult about this regardless of your friends feelings, she needs help and fast.

Umm, first of all... having sex with someone in the family is what you call INCEST.
Secondly, a 13 year old having her way with an 8 year old is child abuse. I understand that they are BOTH underage, but that poor 8 year old. That's just SICK and WRONG.
So yeah... I'd say it's BAD. Really, really bad.
And you are an accessory to it all (and possibly even worse than she is!) if you don't report it.

that is discusting and wrong. i dont even know if you are serious or not but if you are then you need to talk to your friend and tell her its wrong. that is illegal, and discusting. She probably doesnt even know all the aspects of sex. If she is ALWAYS SO horny that she has to have sex with her 8 year old cousin then she needs help.

You need to say something...that is not right. Techincally its stautaroty rape, and incest. Just becasue she's horny, doesn't mean she can have sex with her couson, ecspecially when he is only 8. Why would anyone think of that? You need to tell someone and let her know how wrong it is.

Having sex with an 8 year old is child abuse. A responsible adult (parent, guardian, counselor) needs to be notified immediately.
