The gym should sell one. Most likely cheap also.
Just to keep it short and sweet, a sweat towel is something to wipe off your sweat. When you work out and sweat, juat wipe it off with the towel.

your gym or sports shops, most people put them behind the neck to stop the sweat, just like a sweat band, were they put em on there head, or keeping it to the side to wipe of any sweat

Any small towel will do the job, there is nothing specifically for sweat that i know of.
