still to answer your question there are substances present which are known as immuno-modulators and help boost the immunity of the body against infection but do not claim to cure all diseases.
Human body is a complex system and to cure different diseases different sites needs to be targeted.
There isn't any switch present in the human body which can be triggered by a single pill and all the human diseases are cured.
