Mine was when i went to the Dr's with a pain in my stomac, he asked me to lift my shirt then started to prod around,
He said Mmm im done
I thought he said now your bum
So i turned around and dropped my trousers and boxers
Could have dropped dead on the spot

When I was a student I once carefully planned a date with a girl which involved eating at, what was for me, a very expensive restaurant. I also planned that it would be romantic if we had a fondue, which was 'in' at the time, a speciality of the restaurant and I could afford it.
All went well, the fondue arrived, however I was so intent on getting my chat up lines right that my concentration went. I put the burning hot fondue fork into my mouth and it burnt through my lip. Ignoring the pain which was fairly bad, I spent the whole of the rest of the evening talking with a sort of a lisp.
It was our first and last date. I once told my long suffering wife of 30 years the story, and having seen many similar disasters, over the years married to me, she roared with laughter and just said I hadn't changed a bit since my youth.

haha, I do that sometimes too. :) Once I tried it in the Air and Space Museum in Washington DC... DON'T DO IT! That thing is powerful. You also flush the toilets with a pedal thing! :O Anyway... I have a couple of classic "period" embarrassing moments. Hate those. Like when I was wearing white shorts... in a movie theater...that one was bad. But the one that is basically the most fun to tell (and was definitely very embarrassing) is when I got my pants stuck in a bike chain. My bike had a flat or something, so I used my brothers. My sister went down this hill and told me about just how grand it was, and how I needed to try it to. So I did, and my pants got stuck in the chain. Obviously, I wrecked, and...my pants were extremely stuck. I had to take them off and run all the way home (which was a good mile or 2) with no pants. It was very much awkward. And that event completely massacred my jeans. :(

Got a ride from a friend to school. As I was getting out of the car, the seatbelt arm somehow snagged me in the butt and then let go. I didn't think nothing of it until after my first class when someone let me know my butt was hanging out...apparently when the seatbelt arm grabbed my butt it ripped a big hole in the back of my pants...fortunately I had a light jacket with me to wrap around my waist to make it through the rest of the day...makes me wonder how many people saw my butt haning out and never said a word....

Well I was at my boyfriends house and I promised him I'd dance for him. So while I was dancing my pants ripped. He was laughing his a** off. We lived right up the street from each other and I had to walk all the way home like that. I was steaming...

Crawling out from under car I was working on. Couldn't get the transmission back in; And I was pissed.. I was letting out a stream of G*D F**King S*n Bi***hes. Looked up and there stood mother.looking at me. First time she had heard me cuss. First time I had ever cussed in front of her..

I remember meeting a lass, staying the nighta nd waking up in the morning to her well, giving me a hand and then her 2 kid lads burst in the room and one of them was jumping all over the bed, that was a bit embarresing lol.
