The twitching usually occurs late in the afternoon and before bedtime. There is no pain associated with the twitching. It is a very fast twitch. It is very noticeable and my husband has noticed the twitching. I can also see the twitching by looking down towards my cheek and I have been having migraines lately near my left eye.

Drink a lot of non-caffeinated fluids, and try to avoid artificial and overprocessed foods.

That happens to me when I do a lot of work at the computer, or when I get over-tired. It is eye strain, and the headaches could mean you need to get glasses or have your prescription checked.

It is probably stress or fatigue. If the migraines (which can also be stress related) continue, go see your doctor.
