Gaze convergence palsy?

What is gaze convergence palsy?

I really would like references for the information. Ihave heard this could be iii, iv or vi nerve palsy. How can I know the difference? I realize you all can't see my chart or my MRI etc but a few educated guesses are appreciated with references.

The inability to cross one's eyes or align them forward so they work together.
