I have a mild case of scoliosis and was wondering is it caused by bad posture and if yoga can help correct scoliosis? and if anyone knows any other types of exercises that can help please let me know. The doctor said it wont get worst since im pretty much done growing which is good.

Sometimes I feel ike i don´t belong anywhere and each time it's harder to spend time with those persons that are closer to me (family, clse friends). I really don't know what to do, maybe it's fine if I stay away from them for a while. I jut feel they don't understand me, they get mad if I want to stay home, or sleep. Don't know what's going on with me. Any idea?

My husband has a back spasm in his Thoracic Rhomboid region.
We have a waterbed. Could the bed be contributing to his continued pain? It's been an ongoing problem for 2 years. He likes the feel of the bed and is not comfortable in our traditonal innerspring mattress. What would be best?

Im making up my own healthy eating plan to loose a few unwanted kilos and tone up...please advise me if this plan will be suitable to reach my goal. (keeping in mind i will be exercising 30 mins a day)

For eg. todays menu is:

Breakfast: 2 pieces of fruit (banana & nectarine) and a small glass of lite milk

Lunch: Chicken & Salad with salt & pepper and a half a teaspoon of salad dressing

Dinner: Spag Bol (with whole grain pasta) with no or little cheese

Drinks throughout the day: Water

I7 years ago, I got a cold, and then after the cold it left me with a feeling of having something stuck in my throat. like a mucus; I went to two doctors, one told me tat i just had mucus stuck to my throat and the other told me that I had a sinus infection. Well the doctor (sinus) gave me some medicine, and i took it, but it didn't do anything. I still have that feeling in my throat, and it has not gone awy and its been a reaaaaaaaaaally long time ( 7 years). I've gotten so used to it, that it doesn't really bother me anymore. but today the feeling got worse, and its kinda hard for me to swallow. Does anyone know what's wrong with my throat? IMy mom tells me that it would get better, but it's been seven years and it has not gone away...Is it really sinus infection?

These past few days- 4 days, I've been having very white and thick discharge, and it was itchy for the first 2 days. After that, the itching stopped, but today- ..I know this sounds sick, but somehow- i needed to pee in the shower. And so like- idk it just went...and it burned like crazy, and i looked down and it was blood. The urine only lasted for a mere second. ...Anyways, I took a swab of the blood in my vagina onto my finger...and it wasn't just blood. There was white stuff in it, that didn't seem like discharge either- but I'm not too sure. Anyways, I'm a whole week and a half delayed on my period, but I get it literally every month. ...The whole week, I've thought it was a yeast infection; however, urinating blood is not a symptom of yeast infection. ...and I don't know if I'm period or not either... Does anyone have any ideas? Anything at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank u so much

I can't feel anything(neither can my boyfriend, although he happily obliges my requests for him to fondle me), and at first I thought it may be a lymphnode, but now I'm not sure. I'm only 24, have never had a mamogram, have no medical insurance and am wondering :
a) Any ideas on what this could be?
b) Any free mamogram programs? (Reside in Washington State)

I've found these great-tasting 0 calorie packets of flavoring that one can put in their drink to have instant tea, or an energy drink or whatever. I think they're the greatest thing and have been having about three a day for the past week.

The tea has splenda in it, and the energy drinks have aspartame. Now, I know aspartame has to be bad for me, but I'm trying to only have one of those a day.

And, then I've also fallen in love with sugar-free hard candies, which also have Splenda in them.

Should I try to cut down on the artificial sweetener? Is there anything I can expect to happen if I keep on overdosing on this, like getting sick or something? I hear this stuff can increase appetite, but I don't have to eat just because I'm hungry. I count my calories, and make sure I don't go over.

I am not diabetic to my knowledge, so there's no medical reason why I'm doing this....
It's just the low-calorie thing I'm interested in.

I have heard people carry it with them and drink it throughout the day. On the containers, they say to drink immediately. I don't know which one is true. I personally like the idea to be able to have a healthy "snack" throughout the day, and I don't want to feel too full and bloated like after drinking most shakes immediately.

I feel like..running awayy i feel sucidal i dunno what to do..i feel this wayy because the teacher called my mom while i was in class everyone started laughing at me before that i went to guidence about a gurl that was running her mouth about me..she lied i wasted my tiime then lastweek someone called me a fat b*tch then someone threw something at me todayy. A gurl who is supposivly my friend took my boyfriendd. Some other gurl looks me up and down for no reason and talks about me. I hang out with preps cuz i used to be 1. No one except me for who i am not even my friends. My mother doesn't understand how i feel at all she has no feeling what so ever for what im going through. Everyone including the teachers are trying to break me and my bestfriend up. And i dunno what to do..my bestfriend didn't help me that much and pretty much im hated and disliked..=( I know very long story but oh well..
