Make a reason to be excited about getting up in the morning. Like even if you have to pretend but make it so like each new day is a day to create a bright and promising future that you can have a lot of fun with.

Try taking a vitamin B complex pill along with a zinc tablet. I did an experiment for a health class while I was in 11th grade. To say I was hooked on coffee would be an understatement. To replace the initial energy rush I would get by consuming 2-4 cups of strong coffee in the morning, usually within 45 minutes before going to school, I instead made sure I drank plenty of water, avoided milk and turkey and started to take vitamin B complex pills and zinc. That helped me enough that 2 years later I still do it when I need a pick-me up in the morning. One cup of coffee and a B pill works most of the time for me.
Also, with your sleeping arrangement, try to sleep in a totally dark environment , including any light based clocks. Even the dim red glow of older clocks can screw your sleep up a lot. Make sure that your bed and sleeping area is kept fairly clean so allergens aren't bothering you and they are comfortable enough for a nights rest.

I have to same problem, except i get up at 5:30. For me, I have to go to be kind of early, or very late(which isn't very good for you). I also have to hit the snooze button, no matter what. So i actually set my alarm for around 5:15 instead. I found that it helps wake me up because its more gradual. Try setting your alarm earlier and hitting the snooze. Or move your clock on the other side of the room so you have to get up to shut off the alarm. That works for my friend. And try to think that 6:30 isn't that early compared to other people.

i'm the same way but i do it like this: i shower at night so i can wake up at 6:30 instead of 6 but i still put the alarm at 6 so i can slowly wake up and sometimes i tell someone to change the clock one hour ahead but not to tell me that way i think im late so I get up in a hurry and rush to get ready then i notice its not acttually 7:30 but 6 30 and im ready for school. oh and try not to go to sleep that early because i noticed that if i go to sleep real early then im even sleepier in the mornin so pick to go to sleep like at 10 to eleven

just force yourself to do it on monday. youll be exhausted that night, which is good. That way to fall asleep plenty early and sleep well. 630 gets less daunting every day you do it, provided you get enough rest in the night. I still use an army of alarm clocks to get up sometimes, find something that works...only you know what will actually help.

i am in the same exact boat... i dont even know what happens to me in the morning...even when i tell myself the night before that i HAVE to wake up at 6:30... my morning self doesnt listen
i am currently using the "alarm clock across the room" method... but its gotten so bad that i walk across the room, turn off my alarm, walk back to my bed, and fall back asleep
whats worked best for me is multiple alarm clocks set for gradual times... at first one at 6... then 6:15.. then a super-annoying one at 6:30.....
if all else fails... ask a buddy who will be waking up to call you... and keep your cell phone by the bed
youll wake up when you hear their groggy voice and dont want them to hear yours :-)
GOOD LUCK!!!

Is there any way you can change your schedule?
Young people have a different biological clock (shifted ahead) many scientific studies have shown it.
Since the real world has not embraced this, you could try to adjust your schedule, like try to have a free period in the morning if that is possible.

how do you now you're sleeping well...maybe your room is too hot or cold...too light too dark...too noisy, too messy.
I keep my room, BLACK. (white walls but sheets, curtians, book shelves black. My room is in the BACK of the house with the least noise is. I turn on an aircleaner and a fan for 'white' noise. I also keep my room cool) my room is also NOT messy.
Maybe you need different pillows, sheets,...take a Benadryl before bed and see if it helps you sleep.

Put your alarm clock across the room so you have to get out of bed to turn the sound off.

avoid hard exercise in pm,colas, caffeine, corn syrup ,wheat ,cheeses, chicken, beef,or animal dander.ask sibling whether you snore (airway obstruction contributes to peripheral sleep apnea; more possibly this if you have a weight problem,.extra ballast causes collapse of upper airway.this rackety ruckus rouses you from deep sleep.you wake up hung over) ask gurl in history class to assist you in anxiety problem.avoid taking benadryl, red bull, other energy drinks during pm.
