Yes, I'd say you would lose weight with that menu. You can probably throw in some extra healthy snack meals throughout the day without worrying too much about going overboard - as what you're eating is quite low in calories. Also, since you've mentioned that you are exercising, make sure you're giving your body what it needs in terms of the required energy to really give your workouts all you've got.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You will definately lose weight on this program, but this is not a well-balanced approach to losing weight. You need to balance your diet with carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Two pieces of fruit and a glass of milk for breakfast is not a very good breakfast. The fruit is healthy, but you could eat the fruit for a mid-morning, and mid-afternoon snack. You need to incorporate vegetables into your diet as well. Add some cucumbers, and red or green bell peppers to your salad. For breakfast you could have an egg white omelet with peppers and low-fat cheese, or a bowl of oatmeal and a piece of fruit. You should also try to add some fish into your diet. You need the omega-3 fatty acids. Your brain needs the carbohydrates to thrive, and your body also needs fats, believe it or not. I would also try to up the intensity and length of your exercise sessions, if you have no health concerns.

The true way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you use. It is important to not take away more than 500 calories a day. Your body needs these calories to function and without them your body will suffer.
Try starting your day with a healthy breakfast that has high protein that will keep you full till lunch time.
Do not forget to get sufficent amounts of vegetables and fulfill all of your daily requirements.
Try using mypyramid.org for a diet tracker and to make sure you are eating healthy.
Good Luck!

You will probably lose weight, but it is not a healthy, long-term weight loss method. By restricting your diet to this level, you'll likely cause your metabolism to drop--which means when you change your diet again, you could potentially gain all that you lost plus more. Stick to the food pyramid, and you can probably achieve a healthier (and more sustainable) weight loss that will not leave you feeling hungry as this likely will. For instance, fruit is wonderful, but it's not fulfilling as a breakfast, and you will likely be hungry again way before lunch.

You'll probably lose something, but I would add a small snack or two in also, just so you're food intake isn't so far apart. Something with less than 100 calories, preferably with at least 2 grams of fiber.

Cereal and toast (jam/jelly is permitted yet Marmite is extra sensible) for breakfast, on the spot soup and toast for lunch, on the spot flavoured noodles for night meal and drink the water the noodles have been cooked in too. while ever you're hungry close to meal cases, first have a mug of tea or coffee (black coffee), then consume 10 minutes later. consistently have yet another drink drink after your first course and in basic terms have a barren area 20 minutes when you end the 1st course, in case you nonetheless choose one. on the weekends, manage your self to a takeaway of in spite of you fancy interior the night. i've got lost weight like this. The principals in the back of this nutrition plan are 2 fold: For in spite of reason, liquidised nutrition (= soup) remains with you for longer. additionally, simply by fact nutrition grew to become into in no way very considerable interior the distant previous, we save feeling extra finished for as much as twenty minutes while we end eating. for this reason, do not rush into eating lots all of sudden. in case you decelerate somewhat, you will discover which you're actually not as hungry as you theory. in case you pay attention to your physique, the weekend night unrestricted meal might have the prospect to furnish something your physique somewhat desires yet hasn't had for the duration of the week.

i think it depends on the amount of exercise you do and what kind. If you are doing abs and cartio then yes I would say you should lose some weight. But don't forget about how much you already weigh, if you are fairly light then you won't lost that much if you are heavier then you will lose weight pretty fast.

I don't know, but you'll lose weight if you eat significantly less than you used to. There's no magic about it. You're body can't add weight out of thin air. It needs food if it was to gain weight.
