last year I got sick gall bladder and pancreas(2)I weighed over 300lbs and now I down to 154and just keep loosingI feel like I'm melting away
I'm taking panocase and dexfol.I'm not hungryand have no energy.help i'll consider any adcise.I don't want to die. i'm only 34

I want to loose some weight but mostly I want to loose the fat
I jog 4-5/week 1.5-2miles a day....thats all I can do right now. I quit smoking 4 months ago and I'm 230lbs so my knees do not like it very much and my legs are not as as strong yet
I stay out of town 10-14 days at a time so I cant get into a gym on regular schedule but when I do I jog/run on treadmill for 30 and 45 min on elliptical my calorie input is less than 2000 a day
can i loose some of the fat that way?

I'm not sure whats wrong. My breast are really really sore and they only get that way right before my period and on my period, but I'm not close to it. Also it kind of hurts like burns/stings when I pee or sometimes just randomly or when anything rubs against it like my pants. And more recently it itches but only a tiny bit every so often. These two things have been going on for about a week. I'm not sure what it could be or whats wrong or if I should see the doctor.

For two days my foot has been throbbing in pain. On the bottom, front heal i guess you could call it. The pain goes across the bottom of my foot. It feels kinda hard and looks slightly swollen. I've been reading lately that milk doesn't give us as much calcium as previously claimed. I've even heard that milk saps nutrients from you.

I really love milk -- I drink it a lot...Usually 2 per cent or goat's milk. But part of the reason I love to drink it is that I was always under the impression it was really healthy...

Also; is soy milk better than cow milk? I heard that it can contain as many chemicals as regular milk and can be unhealthy.

I just started to quit smoking cigarettes a week a go with the help of chewing nic. gum and wanting to quit! But I'm slowly putting on wieight !! If I'm not chewing on my gum, then I'm constantly eating, and its always a crave for sweets!
