i have a pain in my stomach what do you think it could be. i know that i am not pregnant.

i just had my period so i know that it is not that. sometimes the pain is in the either side.

Problems with the organs in the abdominal region i.e. the digestive system, liver, gall bladder,pancreas, appendix and kidney could be the main reasons for a bad stomach ache. Gastroenteritis can give you a severe stomach ache, while stomach pain from cancer may only be mild. What kind of pain? Does it hurt all over, to the left, right, lower?
There are many reasons why your stomach would hurt.
Period pains, Gas pains, Too much food or drink, Appendicitis,
Cysts, Constipation, Urinary Tract Infections, etc. What do you think?
Better see a Doctor.

It could be alot of different things. A virus, something you ate. Try a pepcid, Rolaids, pepto bismol. If it doesn't get better in a day or so go see your doctor. I hope you feel better soon. I hate tummy aches. Try a heating pad that might give some relief too.

possibly indigestion or a stomach ulcer.... make sure you see your doctor if the pain persists for more than three days. take care!
