Your body will send you indications by your organs. Your toungue will not sense taste, you wil have no hunger, slightly headache and body pains, body will become warm and you will feel shivering cold.

You feel exhausted, really hot or cold (or sometimes you feel hot, sometimes cold), feel dizzy, have a fever, doctor tells you that you're sick, people tell you that you look sick, you just feel sick, stomach pains (or anywhere else), and headaches.

Warm head, hot flashes, being cold but sweating. All signature syptoms. Also sore throat or a scratchy throat.
