ok.. while everyone is fighting for that best answer by giving little helpful, yet obvious, tips, im gonna be real with you:
IMPOSSIBLE.
i go to the gym about 5 days out of a 7 day week, work abs HARD on three of them, and cannot get a six pack for the life of me.
im 6' even, weigh 185lbs. i bench 245lb, squat 335lb, and curl about 80-90 lbs depending on how i feel that day. on top of that, i run about 2 miles in about 14 mins. I think im doing pretty good.
however,
a six pack is something that i just cannot do. you can faguely make out a 4 pack, but the bottom stomach will just not come. its just something people either got or they dont. Roids would help too, but im not that dedicated yet...
so...
what does that tell you about your situation?

There is no way. However if you want to get six pack, just eat healthy, run on a treadmill for just like 20 minutes a day and do some situps or leg lifts. You can do an entire workout in about 30 minutes.

I agree with Lv..
Sorry but you're not going to get a six pack without eating right and going to the gym..
The reason why some people have such defined six packs is due to low body fat. Losing body fat requires a healthy diet and going to the gym. Doing 5000 crunches a day will NOT get u abs.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.
circuit training 3x a week for 45 minutes and sprints for 15-20 minutes 2x a week.

Streoids. DO NOT take them though, they cause hormonal issues. You need to work out though, cruches and sit-ups will help!
