I've been reading lately that milk doesn't give us as much calcium as previously claimed. I've even heard that milk saps nutrients from you.
I really love milk -- I drink it a lot...Usually 2 per cent or goat's milk. But part of the reason I love to drink it is that I was always under the impression it was really healthy...
Also; is soy milk better than cow milk? I heard that it can contain as many chemicals as regular milk and can be unhealthy.
