I stand at 5'5" at 130 pounds, and I think my penis size is about 5-6 inches when erect. When it is not erect, it shrinks to about a 2 to 3. Is this normal for a guy like me?

It is perfectly normal for any size person. Average for all men is 5-6 inches so you are perfectly normal and maybe larger than average for your body size. It probably looks bigger to a girl relative to your body size. But length is overrated, women prefer girth once you have an average length. 4.75 or more around is OK.

There is no correlation. They actually did a study at UCLA seeing if there was a relationship between foot size/nose size and penis size (which people commonly believe to be true) and they were found to be not correlated. This study was televised, don't know if it's published.
Also, as a female and a health care professional, I'd say you're pretty normal.

18-5'10"-6 1/4 No connection whatsoever between height and size of the w*nker. Both are independently genetic.Some tall guys have smaller w*nkers, while some short guys are hung like bulls.

Well there is no normal?! You are blessed with what you were born with. No one can tell you if it's right or not except I guess the person your trying to please. And yes I believe you could say it is normal for a guy like you.
