im 21 and cant swallow even the smalled pill. does anyone have any suggestions?

Put a small amount of water in your mouth then slip in the pill and then drink the rest of the water in your cup. It worked or me when I taught my son how to swallow pills. Now he just tosses in the pill and then drinks the water.

Some pharmacies carry a cup that helps you swallow pills... it's meant to teach kids how to swallow them, but it works for anyone. It basically has a little shelf on it where you put your pill, then when you take a drink the pill falls into your mouth so all you have to do is swallow. I use it because I have a hyper gag reflex and have trrouble swallowing pills... I'm a chronic pain patient and I have to take at least 2 pills a day, and it really helps. I got mine at Rite Aid; it was in the same area as the weekly pill boxes, medicine spoons, pill grinders, etc.

Put it in a spoon full of applesauce or jello. Some kind of soft easy to swallow food will help it go down.
