friend of mine gets bladder infections very easily, always after sex.....she does empty her bladder before and after sex and drinks plenty of water and tries to use urinary alkanizer's, doctors prescribe antibiotics but the problem continues to return.....any ideas??? i live in Australia

I am 5'8" and 116 pounds. I do not want to lose weight and I am naturally thin. I'd like to gain some muscle tone/definition on my arms, abs, and legs before my wedding in May. Is this possible in 3 months? Should I cut out cardio and do only strength training? What type of exercizes would you recomend?

How would you discribe the feeling of all of these. Just yesterday I felt like I got hit by a truck. To day all I want to do is nothing. I thought maybe I am catching a bug, but everything else feels fine. I could be pregnant and not sure how soon I would feel this tired feeling. I am due for my period with in the next couple of days..usual symptoms are not happening. I have no tenderness of the breast no cramps ( they seem to have happend all last week and a little earlier this week, no more) I have been get clear we discharge...and well I could go on. I just would like to know what the tiredness feels like. ( one last thing ovulated on the 10, tried on the 6th)

I need to know of any easily accessible (Over the counter) drugs, that can get me high, if taken in a large amount. Also, I can get access to prescribed meds, like when i go to the doctor for a cold or just being mildly ill, they give me prescriptions but not for narcotic drugs, so I need to know if there are any non narcotic prescription drugs that get prescribed alot(easily accessed) that can get you high.
Also are there any over the counter or prescription meds i can mix together to get high?


Please dont answer and tell me im pathetic or something. Only answer if you are pro drug!

My grandaughter was born with this condition...she is one yr old...had corrective surgery...now the doctor says she may never walk..may have to be in diapers for a long time and recently told my daughter her hearing may be affected...she has to take laxatives everyday...suffers chronic constipation...Please give me some insight

well... im horribly insecure, i use anger to keep people away from finding out my insecurities that im not even sure of?? i dont know them but i know they eat me alive. i sweat profously and im not overweight or unhealthy. i worry to much, i have anxiety attacks all the time, and im always using some sort of defense mechanism to turn people away from getting to know me im constantly nervous and its about the only feeling ive honestly had in the past 2-3 months i know im depressed but there has to be more to it.. any ideas on what the hell is wrong with me?

I am 54 years old. I live in a city that is MOSTLY people my age, and older. MOST of these people are in various levels of weakness and sickness. To look at them, especially when our young people look at them (my son included), is terrifying! This is growing old?

But then I took him to see a man who was promoted as the "strongest man in the world." He was 59! I show my son on the internet a man named Jack LaLane. He is a 90 year old weightlifter.

And so on, and so on.
I exercise every day. So I am in great shape.
But everyone around me keep getting older and weaker.
They will not exercise, they have only excuses.

It makes me wonder why? If exercise will keep you healthy and strong as you grow older, why do you refuse to exercise?

They just will not. And they get weaker and weaker...

And no I'm not anorexic... I'm just curious. I know that you lose muscle mass if you dont eat because your body feasts on the muscles, but if you are weight training and exercising I would think you would only burn fat not muscle. Anyone know?

how long can a teenager around 14 usually wait until they absolutely have to go to the bathroom any records? ive held it for about 24 hours but almost peed myself...i have a sore that stings so bad that i cry everytime i go to the bathroom so i try to limit going to the bathroom to once a day....anyone know how long someone normal can hold it?

I had a friend that i only knew for 6 months but we already became like bro and sis. I told her everything that has ever happened to me, and same with her, she told me everything, but i just recently found out that she actually hated me this whole time, and that the only reason she was my friend was b/c she knew i was friends with a guy that she liked, and she USED me to get to him, well now they are going out and i hate the both of them, is that wrong? and also everything she said for me to keep a secret was a lie, so for 1 year shes lived a lie, but what would you do, i just left her alone and warned her boyfriend that if he came near me i would make sure hed lose some teeth before were done talking, is that wrong of me?
