A nervous breakdown was the term used way back when someone was very depressed. Its when you basically give up
on your life, and loose interest in all the things that once were interesting to you, and you feel very blue and hate to face the world. Most of the time it is a chemical imbalance in the body that cause depression. A good anti-depressant normally helps
within 6-8 weeks. Best to see a family doctor
