Since you are already so thin I doubt that you would actually lose any weight...the truth be told if you start strength training you will probably gain weight. I would stick to what cardio you are doing but add resistance or an incline. Add in 3-4 days of weight training a week and you should notice a difference in your figure...3 months ago I started using the Tony Little gazelle and rotating with weights. I have only lost 3 pounds but my clothes fit better and I really am happy with the way my body looks...i am 120 lbs. Also for toning try some Windsor Pilates...I love them...and they are great for toning. You can really feel them work.

You really need to focus on your nutrition. I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer BUT if you consume more calories than you burn, you won't lose weight. Keep weight lifting and challenging yourself. For best results, treat yourself to one session with a trainer and then keep up the program that they comprise for you. Good luck

Do less cardio, but DO NOT totally cut it out from your plan. Strength training will help build muscle mass. Do alot of strength training such as low reps, high weight, and also do low weight and high reps.
