Try a glycolic face wash such as Aqua Glycolic. It's sort of like a mild chemical exfoiliant, it will get rid of any dry or dead skin cells and make your skin feel really smooth afterwards.

Lots of water. Walking 2-3 miles in fresh air...not in the stuffy gym will put shimmer in your hair and make your skin beautiful.
Fresh air is part of the equation.
Gyms are full of stale air, sweat and bacteria.

Try taking the vitamins Zinc and Vitamin E. These helped me.
