I'm in my teens and I weigh 252 lbs. I want to get a headstart on getting healthy. I need food, fitness help. Please help. If you can, please make a routine that contains resistance training. And some cardio.

My sodium went from `134 to 128. What do I need to do? My Doctor suggested I cut my 10 mg. Lexapro for anxiety to see if that will lower it and doesnt want me to see himj for three more weeks, but should I have another blood test before that.? Thank you, Shirley

my friend was told about 4 months ago she thinks that she had them long before that and the doctor told her that they should pass withing a week and to only eat fish and not have any caffeine needless to say they are still there and we dont know what to do she doesnt have insurance at the moment and insurance wont cover a surgery because they are a preexisting condition and i was wondering if anyone knows of something that might help her pass them
