You can lay a piece of latex (known as a dental dam) over her that way you aren't actually touching her skin directly. Alternately, you could use regular cellophane wrap. My opinion though is why would you put your face there if you're not sure she's safe. Unlike with intercourse, having a barrier there when going down on her would pretty much kill the point and the enjoyment - at least as far as I'm concerned.

Sex is not good if you are not married. If you must, always respect yourself. There are somethings you just don't do until you are married. But if you insist, go the health department and get checked first. Make sure that the both of you are on the same level. Then get educated for it. So at least you'll know whats up.

That mask Anthony Hopkins wears in Silence of the Lambs should do it.

Use a dental dam - it's like a condom cut open. That way you don't have to touch any of her areas directly.

If you are afraid of catching something than use restraint. Not good practice to do that unless both partners prove to each other they are free of any sexual transmitted diseases.

To be honest, oral sex is disgusting in any manner. I am a woman. The point is if you are unsure and uncomfortable and feel you need to protect yourself, dont have oral sex. Wait until your married and feel comfortable doing that. To be honest, my advice is dont do it. Period. STDs are everywhere. Point blank!
